He was born on April 16, 1940 in Sadovets, Pleven region, Bulgaria. In 1968, he graduated from the "Nikolai Pavlovich" Higher Institute of Fine Arts, majoring in Painting, in the class of Prof. Nenko Balkanski. In addition to painting, he also works with small plastic, sculpture and miniatures. His first solo exhibition was in 1971. In 1977 he received first prize at the International Exhibition in Gabrovo, and in 1981 – third prize at the painting exhibition on the occasion of 1300 years of Bulgaria. He has held over 30 solo exhibitions in the country and in over ten countries around the world. Holder of the Order "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" for great merits in the field of culture.

Keazim Isinov died on February 17, 2023 in Sofia.
